I’m Lee, and my path to founding Lee D Consulting has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and growth. From an early age, I found myself drawn to challenges that required focus, resilience, and the ability to bring people together around a common goal. Over the years, I’ve learned that true leadership isn’t about titles or power. It’s about service, trust, and the courage to make tough decisions with clarity and compassion. I believe leaders should lead from a place of mutual respect and trust.

My career has given me the opportunity to step into pivotal roles, often during moments of transition or uncertainty, and provide stability, vision, and direction. Along the way, I’ve discovered the importance of listening deeply, building authentic relationships, and creating space for others to lead confidently in their own right.

Outside of my professional work, I’m someone who values adventure and balance. Traveling gives me perspective, fuels my curiosity, and reminds me of the importance of connecting with people from all walks of life. Those experiences continue to shape how I approach leadership—with openness, humility, and a commitment to growth.
